Our tutoring fees vary depending on the tutor’s qualifications, subject, level, and session duration. Please contact us for detailed pricing information.
Tuition fees are paid directly to URESHII CENTRE to prevent issues such as tutors failing to show up or mismanaging funds, ensuring a reliable and trustworthy service for parents.
Students do not need to pay additional transportation fees.
Tuition fees must be paid by the 7th of each month at the latest. If payment is not made by the specified date, tutoring sessions, whether physical class or online, will be suspended.
Tuition fees must be transferred via online banking.
Any changes in schedule, such as adding classes, arranging replacement classes, or changing tutoring times, must be notified to both the tutor and the center in advance to avoid errors in calculating tuition fees.
Tutoring sessions will proceed as scheduled during public holidays and semester breaks.
If a student needs to take leave on a holiday, please inform the tutor and center 2 weeks in advance to arrange replacement classes. All paid classes are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
We strongly discourage this practice, as all learning schedules are carefully planned by the tutor.
Cancelling a class without arranging a replacement will significantly impact the student’s learning progress. Tutors often meet with students only once a week, and cancelling lessons at will can negatively affect the student’s learning attitude and consistency.
If a student needs to cancel a tutoring session on the day of tuition, please inform the tutor at least 3 hours before the class so that the tutor can arrange a replacement class.
If the parent notifies the tutor of the cancellation after the tutor has arrived, the center will charge 50% of the tuition fee for that session, and no replacement class will be provided. Any potential issues, such as a headache or not feeling well, should be communicated early, preferably 1-2 hours in advance.
Parents should not bypass the center to negotiate tutoring fees privately with the tutor. If parents engage in private negotiations with the tutor, the center will not be responsible for any negative behaviors such as attitude, punctuality, misconduct, or misappropriation of funds by the tutor at a later stage.
